Something special is happening at one of our favorite restaurants on islands…
Happening today and every Sunday, The Longboard will now be offering a special sushi menu. This has been happening for the past few months, so we apologize for taking so long to let you all know about this.
As with everything at The Longboard, they’re using only the freshest ingredients. From what we hear, the fish being used is being flown in overnight after being caught. How’s that for fresh??
The sushi is being hand crafted by Chef Anthony, who acquired an in depth knowledge of sushi while traveling in Japan in 2013 when he was invited to roll sushi for the America’s Cup.
