Two days of racing and two nights of live music and parties at Skinny Legs will highlight the 17th annual Coral Bay Thanksgiving Regatta. Single-handed sailors test their competitive skills Friday; crewed boats take to the water on Saturday.
While Coral bay is pretty relaxed, the Regatta is serious stuff. Gaff Riggers, cruisers, and multi-hull boats will all be racing. The entry fee is 440, with all proceeds going to KATS, the St. John Kids and the Sea program.
Skinny Legs will be closed on Thursday, the day it calls “Thankspigging.” But early Friday morning, the weekend of fun begins. Here are pictures from last year's Awards ceremony.
