There’s a great event happening tomorrow, and if you’re lucky enough to be on island, you’ll want to attend this one.
The 4th annual St. John Rib Cook off is happening tomorrow, November 12th, at 3 p.m. at the Coral Bay ball field. The cook off will feature 15 teams, up from just nine last year, and all will vie for the title of the island’s best ribs.
Not a rib eater? No worries! There will be plenty of sides available for purchase too.
All proceeds from the rib cook off will benefit St. John Rescue, a volunteer organization dedicated to saving the lives of those of us living on and those of you visiting St. John. In my opinion, it is one of the most crucial organizations we have on island, so please go and support them tomorrow.
