Looking to move to the Virgin Islands? Perhaps today or very soon? Well then you may want to check this out…
The Love Palace is a recently completed, two bedroom, two bathroom home. It has beautiful cork tile floors, all new windows and doors and beautiful wood cabinetry. The home features murphy beds (sleeps 8) and is fully air conditioned … and its master bedroom/bath/office suite has the best view in the house!
This home has the potential to be a successful rental property; it’s move-in ready, so it can also serve as your island home. There’s room to add on a downstairs apartment for extra income as well. There is ample storage under the house and in the garden shed at the end of the driveway. There’s plenty of parking and also room to add a pool, and flower and vegetable gardens.
You can enjoy year-round sunsets and views of Pillsbury Sound and the surrounding cays – sounds pretty good today, doesn’t it? This property is also close to town – bonus!
The Love Palace can be purchased as is or the owner is willing to stay and complete the property to the new owner’s specifications.
The Love Palace is listed for $595,000. Interested? For more information, please contact Tammy Donnelly at 340 Real Estate Co. at [email protected]

This may be one of the least Caribbean looking homes I’ve ever seen in the USVI or BVI.
Yea I totally agree- it looks like it came off the boat from the Boston suburbs- very odd. The price is right!
“it looks like it came off the boat”
My first thought was “did someone ship a modular home to STJ?
It has a New England vibe going on.
Looks like a Vermont home. All that is needed is to plant Pine trees and maybe a few Birch trees & Maple trees. One thing l can say the price is right and l do like their cozy real hardwood furniture instead of the cheezy uncomfortable bamboo furniture most people have in VI homes.
I like it a lot but that name has to go. I couldn’t imagine inviting friends to come down and visit. “Hey, you and your wife should come visit me at my Love Palace” LOL.
Never knew there was a rule homes on the island had to look Caribbean?
Know the owner very well and if you seen what the slab looked like you would be amazed
