This home has the potential to be a successful rental property; it’s move-in ready, so it can also serve as your island home. There’s room to add on a downstairs apartment for extra income as well. There is ample storage under the house and in the garden shed at the end of the driveway. There’s plenty of parking and also room to add a pool, and flower and vegetable gardens.

You can enjoy year-round sunsets and views of Pillsbury Sound and the surrounding cays – sounds pretty good today, doesn’t it? This property is also close to town – bonus!

  1. Looks like a Vermont home. All that is needed is to plant Pine trees and maybe a few Birch trees & Maple trees. One thing l can say the price is right and l do like their cozy real hardwood furniture instead of the cheezy uncomfortable bamboo furniture most people have in VI homes.

  2. I like it a lot but that name has to go. I couldn’t imagine inviting friends to come down and visit. “Hey, you and your wife should come visit me at my Love Palace” LOL.

  3. Never knew there was a rule homes on the island had to look Caribbean?
Know the owner very well and if you seen what the slab looked like you would be amazed
