Steve Simonsen, the island’s well known photographer, is also a teacher who loves to get people excited about taking better pictures. For a second season, he is offering classes to help you become a better digital photographer.
This month’s courses include "Digital Space", iPhoto Workshop (Steve’s a Mac fan), and a four-hour class, "Digital SLR Photography: Beyond the Automatic Settings." Some of the instruction is are taught at the Gifft Hill School. Other classes may be presented on a beach, surrounded by an infinite number of picture-taking possibilities.
