We’ve been up in the States for a bit, but from what we’ve been hearing, it’s been pretty gloomy with spotty rain over the past few days on island. With no sunshine, the beaches definitely aren’t as fun. And with potentially rainy weather, hiking isn’t as much fun either.
This usually happens every year – once around April/May and again around October/November – where the island sees a decent stretch of rainy days. And according to the forecast, the wet weather will be lingering around until Friday.
So what do you do when it rains on St. John? We asked our favorite boat captain, the late Captain John Brandi, this same question during a long stretch of rain back in 2013. He shot this video for us. It’s an oldie, but goodie. We think you’re all going to like it. Check it out…
