How do free drinks, an incredible sunset view and the potential to win a free three-night stay at one of St. John’s newest vacation rental properties sound? Pretty amazing, right??!! Well all of this is happening this Friday, and you’re all invited.
Sunset Serenade is one of St. John’s newest rentals. Located in the hills above Cruz Bay, Sunset Serenade consists of four one-bedroom and studio units; however the units can be rented together as one large, four-bedroom property.
Because Sunset Serenade is brand new, its owners – Brittany and Robert Gonzales – want you all to check it out. They’re having a happy hour party this Friday and you’re all invited – both locals and visitors alike.
The happy hour open house begins at 4 p.m. this Friday and will run until 7 p.m. – prime sunset viewing hours. Beer, wine and snacks will be served. Halloween candy will also be available for the trick-or-treaters heading to or coming from Mongoose’s Halloween event.
And here’s an added bonus… Not only will you get free beer, wine, snacks and candy, but one lucky guest will win a free three-night stay at any of the four units at Sunset Serenade simply for visiting.
I’ll be there and I hope all of you on island will be too. Here are the directions:
Take Southshore Road past the gas station and basketball courts, turn LEFT at the top of Jacob’s Ladder, turn RIGHT at Serendip Condos, go past gated Sirenusa entrance and a few storage containers, arrive at Sunset Serenade on left, look for Island Abodes sign.

Beautiful photography and place!
Pristine Paradise is St. John! This is my dream destination in 2016, off season is less pricey. I wish I wish I was there right now. This will be the last trip I do in my lifetime. With physical pain daily now I pray for at least 3 days on your lovely island.
Thia place is beautiful and the view is amazing. Brittney and Robert are super sweet. My husband and I along with our 3 kids stayed here a few months back and loved it. They were so hospitable. The property is very clean and well kept. We loved eating breakfast on the deck every morning and having chips & salsa at night watching all the lights in Cruz Bay anf on St. Thomas. The landscaping is well thought out. A great island feel close but far enough from downtown. We really hope to come back soon.
Let me know if they get a webcam to stream the open house and we can all feel like we’re there too! I can’t reach the drinks but I can still help spread the word.
