The Friends of the Virgin Islands National Park are inviting
young people to join work crews for the National Park this summer.
High school students and adult crew leaders will be asked to repair
hiking trails and restore wildlife habitat, while also learning about
marine biology, natural ecology, and the Park’s cultural history. For

The Friends group is also offering an 8-to-10 week summer
internship, with "accommodations and a modest stipend" to a college
student entering junior or senior year. He or she should have an
interest in environmental science, conservation or environmental
education.
