Greenleaf Commons, the small strip retail center being built near the Westin along the South Shore road is making progress toward what appears to be an opening within a month or so.
Dolphin Market plans to open there and will probably do well, given that just across the street, at Palm Plaza, the Movable Simple Feast, an upscale deli, did a great business until its founding owner sold the business.
Folks in villas from the top of Gifft Hill to Peter Bay will find it very convenient to stop at the new Dolphin, on the south shore road. Interesting fact tho, even as Greenleaf moves along across the street, the similar office/retail Complex, Palm Plaza, has been for sale for more than a year.
The deli at Palm Plaza was actually called
Simple Feast.
