Last weekend, they lit the fire for the new toy at Skinny Legs – The Smoker. And it looks like the guys in Coral Bay did it right, as they said they would. Low and slow.

On the menu: pork shoulder, brisket, chicken, and oysters (!). On the side, home made cole slaw.
Man, Looks GOOD….sounds GOOD…we’ll see how good it smells and tastes in June!! 🙂
