It’s about time that builder’s are held accountable for their actions. The V.I. Code now needs to be amended so that unscrupulous developers can’t build projects that do not have the best interests of St. John in heart. A complete moratorium on building permits needs to be enacted.
Dang, and here I was looking to buy the 9th floor penthouse unit.
Wonderful news! I hope we go “tier 1” for any new construction, period.
I’ve loved St. John since 1st visiting in the ’60’s and hope it can remain as pristine as possible for future generations to enjoy.
