Walter Hinds, the executive chef at the Stone Terrace restaurant, has extensive international culinary experience, but you may not taste it in his work. Hinds "prefers to let natural flavors shine," according to a piece about him published by Virgin Voices, "Instead he uses his skills to create one of a kind sauces, marinades, and vinaigrettes." Hinds says he favors French cooking, and likes to zing it up with a Thai influence which,. coincidentally, is also one of the new influences at the Fish Trap Restaurant.
