There’s a fantastic new place to eat brunch, and I can guarantee you’re all going to love it. It’s called the Triple B and it’s happening over in Coral Bay.
Triple B – 2 Babes do Brunch by the Bay – was created by Amy Starr and Erin Durrell. (If Erin’s name sounds familiar to you, it may be because she’s part of the talented team over at Shipwreck Landing.) Triple B serves brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot beside the Coral Bay Caribbean Oasis.
Together the ladies are dishing up unique breakfast items like lemon ricotta fritters, sweet potato home fries, the Triple B Egg Roll, which is a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich tucked inside an egg roll, and much more. For those if you who enjoy a nice Bloody Mary with your brunch, our friend Karen will be setting up a make your own Bloody Mary stain at the Oasis while brunch is being served. Her tables are also available for seating during brunch.
So if you happen to be in Coral Bay on a Saturday or Sunday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., you should definitely stop over and check out Triple B.
We had brunch there this morning while the Triple B was parked at Skinny Legs. Dee-lish! We had the Sexy-Mexi Eggs Benedict with a side of some of the best corned beef hash we’d ever tasted. We washed it down with a couple of Sunshine Mimosas. These gals sure know how to combine flavors. We will definitely be returning for more!
We were on island a couple of weeks ago and had breakfast with Triple B ladies, Erin and Amy!!! This is a great place to eat for delicious food, great views, and wonderful ladies doing the work! We miss Erin and Amy and will be back….hopefully very, very soon! 🙂
