Scuttlebutt in the hallways of the Marketplace is that Trevor Adams, the owner of the AT&T ADM Wireless store on the third second floor of the center will be “merging” with the Mail Center.
A source in a position to know says there are no signed papers but “everyone is in agreement.” Presumably that includes the landlord.
More definite answers to come forward next week, we’re told.
Hey Frank…small correction ADM Wireless…Trevor Adam’s business is on second floor where Surf da Web Cyber Cafe is….if all goes well another empty space will be occupied as well by Trevor. The only pitfall for me is I lose a good tenant and the original Surf da Web space will be empty….I have some good ideas for it though!
