We’ve written a lot about our friends over at Kitchen Creole and their delicious spices that are made right here on St. John. Well for those of you who haven’t gotten the opportunity to sample one of their seven blends, you can do so today over at Moe’s Fresh Market in Red Hook on St. Thomas. The tasting happens from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Chef Jim McManus will be featuring each of his spices in a simple, make it yourself recipe, so definitely check it out.
