Big Belly Deli is having its one year anniversary. The business is for sale.
Started last November by Tim Cummins, the convenient spot
filled a need for early morning food service, as the Deli specialized
in modestly-priced breakfasts and lunch.
The Big Belly Deli opened at Cocoloba Plaza in Coral Bay just about a year ago. Tropical Properties has the listing for the business whose asking price is $97,000.
We wrote about them last January, when business was OK. But with the onset of summer and what's shaping up as a weak winter season, the Deli's on the market.

In other real estate news, there’s a rumor of a deal pending for the China Shack lease at Marketplace, while another MLS “contract pending” sign, for what used to be Duffy’s in Cruz Bay, has disappeared. The property is also no longer on the MLS. Could be heading to closing and they just decided to take it off … or there could be no deal.
