The organizer of this year's Thankspigging, Ken Yolman reports the event went very, very well.
We fed around 150 pot-luckers with an incredible assortment of excellent comfort food cooked with love.
Thanks to Paz for this year’s work of art, Anne for bringing breakfast for all of us, English Mark for cooking the pig, Jeff for the deep fried turkeys, Derek for the alligator and Anthony for the scallops. Thanks to Sandy, Megan, Pat and Bill for serving. And a special thank you to my nephew Derek for all his help.
This year was the first time Thankspigging paid for itself, thanks to community sponsors. Thanks also to Doug and Jamie for the use of Skinny Legs.
