The Beer Boys at Mongoose Junction are introducing another non-alcoholic beverage.
Ginger Beer Soda will be produced in the states, at production facilities in Portland Maine, where St. John Brewers also direct brewing of their beers.
Chirag Vyas and Kevin Chipman say they will locally make the Ginger Beer Soda they sell, on draft, at the Tap Room on St. John.
“It’s a recipe that we’ve been brewing in small batches for the past four years,” Vyas said. “We decided it was time to bottle it and releasecit to the larger market of the Virgin Islands.” He recommends the soda as part of a drank ‘n stormy cocktail, rum and Ginger Beer.
St. John Brewers production now includes three sodas and four beers.
