Wow! The Weather Underground reports the temperature at midday Monday was 74 degrees, with light rain. And the forecast was for "brief periods of locally heavy rainfall…gusty winds…reduced visibilities…and minor ponding of water on streets and roadways as this activity passes by."
Anyone coming back from St. John will tell you it’s been a cool, cool winter season. When we were there for three weeks, daytime highs reached maybe 83 degrees, and at nighttime we were sleeping under a blanket with evening temps near 75 degrees.
Sorry, but it was 32F here this morning. I’ll take 75F at night any day.
Sleeping under a blanket at 75F? I’d melt!
