Why St. John NEEDS solar power!

Within hours of the Governor signing a deal for solar power facilities to be built, the islands' power company again announced it's having trouble providing electricity.

WSTA Radio reported, "WAPA says they have had problems over the weekend with power generation on St. Thomas and they are working to avoid a rotation schedule. Please use energy sparingly today."  With summer having arrived last week, and daily temperatures pushing into the upper '80s, the advice is to "Lighten up on Air conditioning."

  1. The installation of a solar energy operating-system ensures that you can operate your shutters by handy remote control but minus the utilization of mains electricity. Solar technology window shutters are a important new growth that allow you to lessen your carbon footprint while still keeping the simplicity of use that a powered operating-system offers.
