As you know, Festival has been underway for a few weeks now, but in our opinion the party really started this past weekend with the opening of the Festival Village.
The adult village opened on Saturday night in the parking lot adjacent to customs. A ton of food and drink vendors set up shop and will be there through the weekend. There’s also live music every night and the infamous Electric Lemonade over at the Shuga Shack. I’m not quite sure what’s in it, but it’s delicious.
Here’s the live music schedule and a few pics we took last night:
The Children’s Village opened on Sunday and it too will be open through the weekend. There are games, a bounce house and prizes for the kids. That’s located over near the Visitor’s Center. Here are a few pics from last night:
For those of you unable to be here on island, you can watch some of the evening festivities live online. Click here to do so.
I’m so excited to go enjoy St. John’s Festival. Will be there tomorrow!!
