The highest priced house for sale on the island belongs to Kenny Chesney.
The $9.9 million dollar estate, Stoneridge, features seven bedrooms, a pool with water slide, and a three car garage.
Located in Susannaberg, the property has sunset views toward St. Thomas and Puerto Rico. See more here.
Speaking of real estate, things are selling. Gretchen Labrenz at Cruz Bay Realty Tweets, "24 homes have SOLD so far in 2011 at an average price of $1.8M."
Is this the end for Kenny on the island, or does he still own a property by Chocolate Hole?
He’s still on the island … not going to say where though.
Kenny used to come in on the ferry. I sat next to him once when he was alone on the ferry. There were mostly just local West Indians who had no idea whom he was. Now he arrives by helicopter. I know the pilot who brings him in. it’s a quick $3K flight! He was very quiet and very into listening to whatever was on his radio. he also had a sheet of paper which I peeked over and got a glimpse. It listed some groceries he needed to get and had some names and phone numbers. When he got up to leave he ripped a really loud fart that smelled really bad.
The house is great… We’ve driven by it a few times and I wish my
Pennies added up to $9 mil
I just want to congratulate the blogger for this post. You have triggered me to create a blog as brilliant as this and hopefully someday I can make one! I hope I can still see even some of your interesting posts someday.

Wow, this place is such a paradise. I’ve always dreamt of owning a house like this one. If only I could afford one.
Indeed, Clorinda! It’s an absolute paradise. I’d like to experience seeing the breath-taking view of the sunset while relaxing in one of those reclining chairs. Hmm, that would be so relaxing.
