2PM EDT update:
The National Hurricane Center is watching the first disturbance of the season that could possibly threaten the Virgin Islands. The NHC says it has a 80% chance of becoming a tropical depression within the next 48 hours.
"Expect gusty winds and heavy rains with the potential for flooding," sys the St. John Source's report.
