Steve Simon’s getting ready for another tour with the troops. His “Bluzapalooza”, a star-studded celebrity Blues concert is heading back to Iraq and Kuwait for its second set of shows on October 26th. The tour has been created by Simon and co-producer John Hahn. It is presented by Armed Forces Entertainment.
“We are thrilled to be going back to Iraq and to have so many great Blues artists volunteering to go to a war zone,” Simon said. “This is certainly an historic event for the Blues and for our men and woman who so proudly serve our country.”
Simon is also the energy behind several St. John music events,
including an annual Christmas music festival and next year’s St. John
Blues Festival, March 18-22.
