This is a great opportunity for a person is on island or is ready to commit to the island. The mail Center puts you in contact with hundreds of families and business people – you get to be a part of everybody;s life.
And a smart person, tech savvy, would be able to offer lots of services (scanning, duplicating, Web pages, etc.) to these folks who are all looking for better ways to run their own businesses.
There is a terrific Manager on staff – she does a great job, and can run the retail side of it. The new buyer would be able to get “on the street” and work with other businesses and really boost sales.

Frank, why are you getting out? How are the buyers doing that bought DR.Cool, I remember you talking about that business being for sale some time ago. I knew some folks who were interested in buying it.

We’ve had the property for sale for about 9 months. My partners had planned to move to st john and operate it, but family health issues have scotched that plan. It is a great business for an on island owner who’s there or plans to move to st john and wants to get into the social fabric fast with lots of opportunity to boost sales.
