Pizza! Pizza! in paradise

PizzaThere's an addition to the menu at one of the Inquiring Iguana’s favorite spots, the Beach Bar and Grill at Caneel

For the Iguana, it’s always been the place for what-turned-out-to-be a $40 hamburger. (Well, ya can’t just eat.  Gotta have a a few rum punches, right?) Anyway, the burgers are great.

Now Caneel says Tony, the executive chef, is a master cook who makes a fantastic pizza.  While his name is Tony, he’s not Italian – rather Trinidian/Nigerian … but still he knows how to create with flour, olive oil, yeast and some salt.

Caneel says it’s all part of a new Pizza Menu at the Beach Bar, “presented with love from our almost-Italian” chef.
