Paul Trujillo, formerly of Ten Tables, confirms he’s moved himself and his knife kit to the kitchen at Paradiso Restaurant at Mongoose Junction.
He closed his gourmet dining boutique in the Lumberyard at Chilly Billy’s due to a rent increase. "Space on St. John is hard to come by," so he found that relocating wasn’t feasible.
Taking over at Paradiso may find Trujillo working with some of his previous staffers, since he was also the chef at Asolare several years ago. Both restaurants are owned by the same company.
