We’ve been getting a ton of emails lately asking us about Morgan’s Mango. As you may recall, a fire tore through the building back in April and the business has been closed since. Well we talked to Ines and Carlos, Morgan’s Mango’s owners, yesterday and they had some promising news to share.
According to Carlos, they have finished building the new kitchen. They are currently plastering the walls and ceiling and are about to start the floors and some stonework. All of their new equipment is scheduled to arrive within the next week, which is great.
They were hoping to reopen by the end of this month – August 28th will be four months since the fire – however things take a bit longer down here. But they are hoping to reopen really soon.
