This was a really strange renovation that has had me scratching my head and now that it’s on the market so soon after the work was completed I’m really wondering about it. This was a popular vacation rental that was moderately priced, and now it’s super expensive after the renovations.
Dammit! I knew I should have saved my paper route money as a kid.
My dad, Bill Loos built this house. Anybody interested in investing? We can buy it and change it back to the classy style it was before. Some good ideas on utilizing the space but it looks like a rappers party house. Pretty tacky.

You obviously do not understand what the island lifestyle is about. This house kicks the pants off any other property other than La Mer. Only thing lacking is outdoor showers
Island life for visitors is about lazy mornings that lead to early afternoons in the pool with cocktails and getting the kids to leave us alone. Yahtzee tournaments that force you to jump into the pool with clothes on. The rest of the day is spent deciding how to blow time before we go to Woody’s or the Beach Bar for Happy Hour. The nights are filled with jumping in the pool as we watching the Leonids fall from the sky and drinking another cocktail.& showering before falling into bed with your significant other and making the Best Of Island Life. If you do not know what this means; don’t come to St John! We have been going to the USVI for 13 years and loving every minute. Don’t care about your spilt milk and lack of ability; learn to suck the marrow out of life!
The rest of your trip should be about the BVI and White Beach.
