The ever-smoldering Bovoni landfill burst into flames again Wednesday, and Bob Schlesinger caught it. He uploaded this time-lapse video of the fire on St. Thomas’ East End to YouTube.com.
There was an ‘earwitness’ report of an explosion, about two hours before the flames were seen. The smoke had cleared by Noon, according to eyewitnesses on island.
