I’ve never had the fortune of swimming with an eagle ray. I’ve seen one jump out of the water a few times, but I’ve yet to see one up close. I received this video today from Linda Hickam. She and her husband Homer Hickam own Skyridge villa over in Upper Carolina. Their friend Al took this video on Wednesday. It’s pretty cool. Check it out:
Oh and here’s a fun fact about Homer Hickam – the movie October Sky is based on his childhood. Go ahead and Google it. It’s a pretty neat story.
