a new chef position on St. Thomas at a restaurant owned by the operators
Yes, Willis is now working on the bigger island. He’s preparing
to open Grande Cru, one of four restaurants in the $160 million dollar development, Yacht Haven Grande
along the waterfront in Charlotte Amalie. The project’s Web site says
Grande Cru will be a Martini bar and bistro. The "luxury lifestyle
project" intends to offer luxury condominiums, dining, shopping,
entertainment, and marina facilities for mega-yachts.
