It's real quiet on St. John today. Probably the lull before the you-know-what that starts at about 7 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time. (MAYBE I'll make it to halftime, yawn.)
Anyway, we were at Kmart this morning on St. Thomas … and in 15 minutes, I saw two Sylvania 32" HDTVs loaded into carts. Great price, $399.00 Home Depot's Web site shows them for about $585, and Amazon says it's out of stock on the item.
What's funny is … so far as I can tell … the VI cable system, Innovative Communications, does not offer HD service.
Could be some disappointed football fans this evening.
That’s a great price for a 32 inch HDTV. Maybe not so much if you can’t get HD.
No HD on cable, but satellite has HD.
