Now we have to be kind about people who cover the island in concrete?
“Kindness” to those who want to over build will ruin this wonderful island. Herein lies your problem.

I don’t think making a reference to “rich peoples’ houses” is rude at all. Those people are rich. You have to be to afford to live there and in those houses or McMansions, as I like to call them.
