Summary
Rams Head Trail is my favorite hiking trail on St. John. It's about 2.3 miles. You should plan for at least half a day to hike it, especially if you are driving from the Cruz Bay area. You'll want to be sure to bring supplies like water, food, and sunscreen. Most of the trail has very little shade, so it can get very hot during the heat of the day, and it's recommended that you hike it in the morning or later in the afternoon. The point has very beautiful, 365-degree views that are great for pictures.
