I love, love, love when a new business opens up on island, and I have to admit, I’m super excited about this one. After months of renovations, Vista Mare dished up its first meal on Christmas Eve and from what we’ve heard, it’s delish!
Vista Mare is a new Italian restaurant located in Wharfside Village just above Joe’s Rum Hut. It’s the the space formerly occupied by Spyglass.
You really can’t go wrong with this location, as it has some of the best views on island in my opinion. The menu looks great as well with appetizers like meatballs for only $7.95 and house-made toasted ravioli for $8.95. It also offers soups, salads and flatbreads, all ranging in price from $6.95 to $12.95. For people looking for a full meal, Vista Mare has several traditional Italian specialities like lasagne, calamari and eggplant parmigana. Pastas and entrees range in price from $15.95 to $25.95. Vista Mare also offers house-made desserts. Yum!
Here is the menu in its entirety along with a few more pics…
Love those prices.
Outstanding! Can’t wait to check it out in May when we come down for the country music festival!!
