Dog House Pub just opened its new upstairs bar, and we think you’re all going to like it.
As we mentioned a few months back. Castaways – one of our favorite watering holes here at News of St. John – sold and has been remodeled and rebranded as the Dog House Pub. If the Dog House Pub sounds familiar to some of you, it’s because they have another located over in St. Thomas near Havensight. When the folks at Dog House took over, they promised to remodel the place up and down, and today we’d like to tell all of you that they’ve delivered.
We stopped by Dog House yesterday for some lunch and the place looks great. The new upstairs bar and restaurant area opened last week. The main bar was completely remodeled and now has six televisions, so you can be certain that your favorite game will be shown at the bar. They also added a ton of chair rail seating, remodeled the “VIP” section with its own TV and they’re also adding a new indoor gaming area that will feature popular arcade-like games like Pac Mac and Golden Tee.

Dog House Pub is located in the center of Cruz Bay beside Wasted Sun and across from The Longboard and Cafe Roma. It’s open daily from noon till 2 a.m.
