- Prepare and serve Colombo’s signature smoothies and other menu items based on recipes and customer preferences.
- Safely and efficiently operate blending equipment and other kitchen tools.
- Handle cash and process card payments using the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service, answering questions and ensuring each customer has a great experience.
- Keep the truck clean and organized, regularly sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
