For those of you who’ve been to St. John over the years, you probably recall the old Voyages building in Coral Bay, which sat vacant for years. We told you a few months ago how the new owner was fixing it up, and today we’d like to give you an update.
For starters, Voyages is now called Isola. It appears that work is continuing on the first floor, however there’s at least one long term apartment that’s currently available on the second floor. It’s gotten a complete rehab and looks great, but it’s pricey. Check it out:
Waterfront, furnished LARGE apartment, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, gourmet kitchen, laundry, grill, balcony, pet friendly… must see! In bus route, walking distance from grocery, restaurants, and much of all coral bay. Beautiful furniture all arrived. former Voyages building, now Isola.
The asking price? $3,200 a month. Plus utilities.
So what do you all think? Leave your thoughts in the comments section or over on our Facebook page.
We’ll keep you posted on the progress happening with the rest of the building.
St John is a very expensive island, it is whatever the market will bear. Nice pics.
Bravo! Tastefully done on flat land with a heck of a view! Something tells me with cruz bay being so overcrowded with homes on top of each other that the tranquility of Coral bay is what people want.
How does one get in touch with the owners about renting?
Hi Cate; we are managing the building, Antares Property & Hospitality. You can contact me through http://www.antaresvi.com/ — thanks! Rosanne
Barry Duncan did the remodel – nice work Barry!!!
