Just for the record, it’s been 109 days since Public Works Commissioner Darryl Smalls said the “emergency,” “fedral” repairs would be completed by March 2014.

  1. Although it was 109 days ago when Smalls said it would get completed by March, its been about 1200 days since the road washed out/collapsed.
