The Westin resort is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, and it wants to commemorate this milestone with all of us!
The Westin will hold a “Lovin’ the Locals” day on August 26th from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The party will feature food, music, games and activities. I wonder if this means we can all crash the pool that day… 😉
The property is in the process of converting all of its rooms to all-villa accommodations. Once its complete, it will operate 260 one, two and three bedroom villas.
And here’s a random fact: The Westin is the island’s largest employer with more than 300 staff members, half of which have been working at the resort for more than 10 years. Clearly they’re doing something right over there.

I first stayed at the Westin in 1988, when it was The Virgin Grand! Great memories!
