The weather has been pretty darn perfect here on St. John lately. It’s warm, but not too hot. We’ve been getting some rain here and there, but not too much. And the water has been super calm the past few days. Yesterday, the water on the South Shore looked like a like a lake! And even better, rates are about to drop … so you know what that means, time to come visit us!
Rates on the island typically drop in mid to late April for mid-season. That means you can still escape the somewhat chilly weather up North (we heard in snowed in some of your neighborhoods the other day … the horror! lol) while not breaking the bank. We did some digging for all of you and found some pretty cool deals. Keep in mind, many of these are in addition to the already discounted rates. Check them out:
Viva! Vacations are offering between 15 and 20 percent off of certain stays beginning on April 29th. Unicorn, for example, is a great three bedroom villa with great views in Fish Bay. It’s being offered for 20 percent off for stays between April 29th and May 10th. Click here to learn more.
Cimmaron St. John is also offering discounts on certain stays in April and May. Click here to learn more.
Our friends over at Catered To are offering a ton of great deals including 20 percent off of all last minute stays plus stays during stays the entire month of May. You can’t beat that! Click here to check out their deals.
Seaview Homes are offering low season rates from now through December 18th. Click here to check out their properties and to take advantage of their low rates.
There are a ton of other villa management companies, villas, resorts and hotels here on island that are currently offering pretty good discounted rates. Click here to check them out on our Island Information page.
Need some airfare? Our favorite website is Google’s flight matrix. Click here to check it out. Input your airport code and then choose the calendar search option. It will allow you to see a 30-day calendar enabling you to choose the dates with the lowest airfares. I personally purchase two one way fares, rather than a round trip. I feel you can get a better price and a better schedule if you do it that way.
In the meantime, check out a few more pics we took over the last few days…
