Villa owners should be on the lookout for another property tax bill in the next few weeks.
The Division of Real Property said it will soon issue the 2011 real property tax bills to Virgin Islands property owners.
If the bill is paid before March 25th, a five percent discount will be allowed.
The news release did not say exactly when the bills will be mailed.
