Sure, there are lots of lists of ‘Best Restaurants’. But what about ‘Best Bars’?
Kaniacarpentry is getting ready for an islands visit and asked folks on TripAdvisor for thoughts about the best place for an end-of-day cool down.
Spyglass at Wharfside got kudos from JenM and Jmass10. Jen liked the “very cheap but tasty tacos.” Jmass10 praised the $2 Cruzan Rum drinks, $5 sliders and hot wings.
Castaways in Cruz Bay was another of Jmass10’s faves for its $1 Miller Lites and well drinks every day from 3pm to 6pm. Jmass10 really got around, too. He also found $1 drinks at Banana Deck from 4:30pm to 6:30pm, $3 drinks at Joe’s Rum Hut and two-for-one well drinks at Gecko Gazebo from 4:20pm to 5:30pm.
It sounds like BostontoSTT had the best time researching the subject. “Beach Bar was our favorite Happy Hour. But I don’t remember what they offered. Go figure.”
As Karrieb summed it up: “The entire island is one big happy Hour IMO.”
