St. John Brewers representin’ on PR

As many as 60 craft beer makers were on hand the first craft beer festival on Puerto Rico over the weekend. Among them was St. John Brewers, led by co-brewmeister Cheech.

For $40, fest attendees had a shot (not really a shot, more like an ounce) at tasting as many as 400 different beers from craft breweries.

Cheech, his friends and helpers, were offering samples of their various beers, Island Summer Ale and Tropical Mango Pale Ale. He said the event was held in a venue which was, formerly, a gas station.

Organizers of the festival cautioned, "All guests are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe, responsible means of transportation before leaving."

These photographs were posted on the Brewers' Facebook page.

  1. I only hope that owners of St. John Brewers invited the REAL brewery of their beer ie Casco Bay Brewing located in Portland Maine were there as well.
