Hey Jenn, is this one of those over-inflated home prices that everyone advertises? We met a couple of men at Trunk who’ve lived on Island for 17 years. They told us that people have to either live there full time or they must pretend to sell their home by listing it at outrageous prices just so they DO NOT sell. Any truth to that?
