No Snow Here Folks! Come Visit!

Today’s forecast: High of 82 degrees and plenty of sunshine. Chance of snow: zero!

Well folks, I just took a look at the forecast up there in America, and it looks like a ton of your are in the path of a nasty winter storm. So today we thought we’d help you all by letting you know how darn cheap airfare to St. John is right now! Well St. Thomas, but you get the point. 🙂 Here is what we found this morning, February 8th:

All airfares are based on a seven-night stay within the next 30 days. And as always, we used Google’s Matrix to find these fares.

Where are my Boston friends? If you’d like to escape winter, you can do so for CHEAP! You can fly round trip on Delta on February 23rd for only $301 … how amazing is that! You’ll have a quick layover at JFK, but it’s totally worth it in our opinion.

Speaking of New York, it’s a bit more expensive for you all (which doesn’t make sense but the airlines never do). You can fly roundtrip for $368 on JetBlue, but you’d have to take overnight flights. I’ve done it before and it’s great because that’s one less day off to take at work, but the San Juan airport is chilly! So dress accordingly.

Our Philadelphia friends seem to be right in the path of this storm too. The cheapest for you is in early March. You too can fly on JetBlue, but the cost is a bit higher at $431 round trip.

Let’s move across the country to our friends in Houston. How does $454 round trip sound? Not to shabby for that part of the country!

Ready to book your flights, but nervous about accommodations? Don’t be! You can get great deals when traveling less than 30 days out. Just ask for a last minute discount and nine times out of 10, you will receive it. What we do suggest, however, is to book your Jeep ASAP. Or plan to stay in town and taxi it. Or, you can opt to take a new News of St. John “Mini Tour” … stay tuned for more information on that!!

In the meantime, have a fantastic Wednesday everyone and stay warm! Need to feel a bit warmer? Then check out our webcam page at www.newsofstjohn.com/webcams
