New Administrator wants new Park

A source confided to the Inquiring Iguana that Leona Smith, the
newly-appointed island administrator, is eager to move forward on
much-delayed plans to improve the appearance of Franklin Powell Park in
downtown Cruz Bay.  After the terrorist-security gates, the park is one
of the first things ferry passengers see.
