Hello and happy Tuesday! We’re back! And we’re back with some great news! A new restaurant opened earlier this month, and today we’d like to tell you all about it.
It’s called Knox and Ollie’s, and it’s located above the lobby over at the Westin. The restaurant describes itself as having contemporary/international cuisine, so it’s not specifically one genre of food. Knox and Ollie’s prides itself on its house speciality – dry aged beef. It also has a smoked pork chop that we hear is very good.
Knox and Ollie’s uses fresh, local ingredients when possible and plans to work with local fisherman to bring in fresh fish and lobster. It has a scratch kitchen, so everything is made in house. It’s a casual, fine dining spot that welcomes children and large groups. Check out its menu:
Knox and Ollie’s is open nightly from 5 p.m. until close. The restaurant is open to the public, so check it out even if you aren’t staying at the Westin.
