Viva Cantina: Well it only makes sense that Viva would be having a party! And it’s not just one day, it’s three!
The party starts today, one day early. Guests to Viva – which is located over at Mongoose Junction in Cruz Bay – can pay $15 for endless tacos until 5 p.m. today, tomorrow and Saturday. There will also be $5 and $8 margarita specials (depending on which tequila you choose). All guests who purchase margaritas will be entered into a drawing to win 50 free margaritas! Sign me up!
Viva will feature live music throughout the day Friday, and Mongoose Junction will have Reggae in the courtyard as part of its First Friday event.
For those of you who love tacos, there’s a taco eating contest happening Saturday at 4 p.m It costs $25 to enter and the winner will win $500! This contest is limited to 10 participants.
Waterfront Bistro: One of our favorite waterfront restaurants is also getting into the Cinco de Mayo action this weekend. Waterfront Bistro will host a Roca Patron tasting dinner on Friday at 6:30 p.m. The dinner costs $125 per person for five courses plus amuse with cocktail pairings. The menu looks fantastic too!
